WG 4.7 Explosion Protection

Focus

The "Explosion Protection" working group addresses issues including the following topics in the context of its experience exchange, its concept developments, formulation of requirements to be met by automation solutions and its involvement in national and international standardisation:

• Positioning of application-oriented explosion protection
• Implementation of explosion protection in practice
• Special issues of regulations, EU Directives and standards for explosion protection
• Innovative solutions for explosion protection and their application
