WG 2.12 Process Orchestration Layer
Focus
The "Process Orchestration Layer" working group handles the following topics, as part of its exchange of experience, its concept developments, its formulation of requirements for the orchestration of modular plants, and its participation in national and international standardization:
- Fundamental requirements for a Process Orchestration Layer (POL)
- Requirements for GxP and implementation in the processes / life cycle / interface with qualification tools
- Identification of gaps to what is possible today / what will be needed in the future towards a modular POL
- Standardization NAMUR/VDI/VDE 2658 Feedback loop on current drafts (green print) of standards and the work of the working group AK 2.12
- Support standardization efforts for ontologies
- Functional guidelines (and organizations)
- Exchange with other standardization committees
- Gather minimum requirements for an Add In for standard DCS systems for MTP, Add In can be used or not, it does not change the system
