Focused areas

The “PCS Engineering” China working group addresses the topics with the member companies via experience exchange, concept developments, requirements formulation through the automation solutions following the national and international standardization:

• A non-proprietary, standardized configuration list
• Standard design for the special application of SFC, epically the design for the HMI
• The concept and implementation of MADB (Master Alarm Database) with the guidance of IEC 62682
• The concept and implementation of High-Performance-Graphic with the guidance of ISA 101

Targets to be achieved

• Time and cost savings through standardization and plausibility testing
• Reduction of lifecycle costs through simplified importing of changes
• Open Automation to future AI technology
