WG 3.11 Pressure and Temperature

Focus

The –Pressure and Temperatureâ? working group addresses issues including the following topics in the context of its experience exchange, its concept developments, formulation of requirements to be met by automation solutions and its involvement in national and international standardisation:

    • Dynamic behaviour of temperature measurements
    • Effects of protective tube geometries on dynamic behaviour
    • Chemical requirements to be met by pressure and temperature measurement engineering
    • Contact partner for manufacturers during further development of existing technologies and the development of new technologies
    • Monitoring of and cooperation in current standards and directives

    Advantages

    • Cost-effective solutions for pressure and temperature measuring techniques
    • Measuring technology with process capability within the marginal conditions of the chemical industry
    • Active involvement in standards and directives to take user interests into consideration
    • Adapted further development of existing technologies and products
