Presentation of Golden Honorary Badges at the NAMUR Annual General Meeting 2012

During his opening speech, Dr. Otten presented Golden Honorary Badges to
Mr Gerhard Rehn (Bayer Technology Services GmbH) and Mr Martin Schwibach (BASF).

Mr Rehn received the Honorary Badge for his many years of work and enormous commitment as coordinator of NAMUR Work Area 1 "Project Planning and Construction". In his laudation, Dr. Otten pointed out that Mr Rehn had, through his efforts, rendered exceptional service to the interests of the association and its member companies.

The name Martin Schwibach is primarily associated with the topics of "Fieldbus" and "Wireless automation", both at home and abroad. Mr Schwibach has turned his attention to a further complex issue in recent years – hazard warning technology.
Martin Schwibach was presented with the Golden Honorary Badge in recognition of his major commitment and many years of service.
