NE 19 has been revised

The NAMUR Recommendation NE 19 has been revised and may now be obtained from the NAMUR Office.

The document differs from NA 19 edition 2006-11-28 beside editorial adjustments as follows:

• NA modified to NE
• former chapter 5 ‘constraints’ skipped
• further adaption options added
• reference to VDI/VDE 3845 part 1 added

Abstract NE 19 ‘Mounting of Solenoid Valves to Part Turn Actuators’
(Edition: 2016-12-14)

The standard interface, which is described in this recommendation, enables the mounting of a solenoid valve to a pneumatic actuator without piping, resulting in technically correct and low-cost mounting.
The advantages of this recommendation concerning specifications, solenoid valve mounting and adaption options are shown.
