“NAMUR Activities in China” – the eighth NAMUR conference in China

The eighth NAMUR Annual Conference China will be held on the 23rd and 24th November 2016 in Shanghai. This event has grown continually since 2009, the year in which NAMUR was established in China, and continuously had more than 150 participants each year attended in recent conferences.

Started from the beginning, NAMUR Annual Conference China has been a platform for professionals to learn new technology, exchange experience. In this platform, NAMUR China working groups present their working results as outcome of “NAMUR Activities in China” and some of the working results have been already published as NAMUR worksheet or NAMUR recommendation.

This year, besides the main session, two workshops will be arranged in addition on the topics of “Smart Manufacturing” and “Functional Safety”. English and Chinese bilingual simultaneous translation again is available to support enhancing communication in the conference.

The programme will be further enhanced by interesting conference contributions and an exhibition from this year’s sponsor Krohne, which already sponsored the Annual General Meeting in Bad Neuenahr, Germany in 2015. Both NAMUR and Krohne will provide you some ideas about “Smart Manufacturing” as well.
