The process industry faces the challenge of making effective use of digitalisation. This is particularly true for existing plants. Established IT and OT structures can make it especially challenging to set up a consistent and interoperable solution. Heterogeneous IT landscapes, inconsistent data formats and complex interfaces to production facilities are typical challenges in this context.
Our experts at Process X will report on how to successfully overcome these challenges and enable cross-company information flow. They will talk about their experiences from the first data room projects and use real-life implementations to show which steps are necessary and what challenges exist.
