Access Conditions
NAMUR technical code may only be downloaded at a charge which is offered from NAMUR as a subscription service.
For member companies, the NENA subscription is automatically purchased upon joining.
The access agreement is automatically extended by one year, if it has not been terminated before 31 December.
If individual documents are only sporadically required for your own use each year, NAMUR recommendations and NAMUR worksheets can also be obtained individually from publishing company Beuth-Verlag.
At NAMUR there are three different methods of accessing documents:
Medium Company Access: 500 Euros/year + VAT.
This access is intended for smaller companies (< 100 employees) that require access to our NAMUR Recommendations and NAMUR Worksheets.
Once the access agreement has been issued, each employee has the opportunity to register on our homepage and receives a separate password which they can use to log in to myNAMUR.
The NAMUR Recommendations and NAMUR Worksheets can also be placed in an area restricted to the company in a network.
Please order access for your company using our order form. You will receive an invoice for your order from the NAMUR office, which you should pay immediately.
All employees of your company can then register via our website using their company e-mail address by selecting "Access to NAMUR Recommendations and Worksheets (NENA)". Activation will be carried out promptly by the office.
Company Access: 1,500 Euros/year + VAT
This access is recommended for individual companies (legally independent companies that may be economically linked to other companies in a group), who need access to our NAMUR Recommendations and NAMUR Worksheets.
Once the access agreement has been issued, each employee has the opportunity to register on our homepage and receives a separate password, which they can use to log in to myNAMUR.
The NAMUR Recommendations and NAMUR Worksheets can also be placed in an area restricted to the company in a network.

Group Access: 2,000 Euros/year + VAT
This access is recommended for several legally independent companies in a group with a stake of more than 50% that require access to our NAMUR Recommendations and NAMUR Worksheets.
Once the access agreement has been issued, each employee has the opportunity to register on our homepage and receives a separate password with which they can log in to myNAMUR.
The NAMUR Recommendations and NAMUR Worksheets can also be posted in a network area restricted to the selected companies in the Group.
